New starter information to provide to the fund

i-Connect user

  • New starter information should be provided through your monthly i-Connect submission.
  • Disclosure Regulations – you must provide new starter information within one month of the employee joining the scheme.
  • Your employer’s discretions policy  determines how often you re-assess the employee contribution rate.
  • The Fund will send a ‘new starter pack’ to the employee.

Not an i-Connect user

  • New starter information should be provided on a New Membership Form. Alternatively, for a larger number of new starters, you can use a monthly starter interface file. Please contact the pensions development and processes team leader to discuss this.
